Urban conference centres, coastal estates, wine country retreats, historic palaces. After a decade of event production in Portugal, we know the venues, the vendors, and the logistics of every region.
Event Boutique is our sister brand — a luxury wedding production company based in Cascais with over a decade of experience in Portugal. BTQ Events is the corporate and private events division. We share the same production team, the same vendor network, the same obsession with detail. The difference is the audience and the format — but the production standard is identical.

For large-scale corporate events — international conferences, multi-day retreats — we recommend 4–6 months. This gives us time for proper venue selection, vendor coordination, content planning, and travel logistics. For private dinners, milestone celebrations, and smaller formats, 6–8 weeks is usually enough. Very tight timeline? Talk to us anyway. We've pulled off remarkable events in remarkably little time.
