    Production Explained

What gets built on site, and who is responsible for what.

This hub explains the work that sits between a signed brief and a room full of guests. Who builds what, in which order, and who is accountable when a supplier is late.

It exists because the words are opaque from outside the industry, and the people approving the budget are outside it. A finance director should not have to know what rigging means to understand why it is a line in the quote.

The through-line is accountability. An event touches ten or more supplier categories at once, and the gaps between them are where cost and risk actually live. Posts here describe how those gaps are closed rather than who is at fault when they are not.
