How a multi-day programme is actually built.
A one-night dinner and a four-day programme are different projects, not the same project at different lengths. This hub covers the second kind: retreats, incentive travel and multi-day corporate itineraries across Portugal.
The questions are the ones that decide whether a programme works. How much moving a group can absorb in a day. Where the working sessions sit against the meals. What a transfer between two regions really costs in hours, not kilometres.
Programmes are priced per person per day rather than as a lump sum, because that is how hotels, transport and activity suppliers quote. Posts here follow the same convention so the figures can be compared with the quotes you receive.
