BrainRocket HQ Launch — A Corporate Office Opening in Lisbon
A ribbon-cut and a room that signalled scale to partners and warmth to the team.
BrainRocket's new Lisbon headquarters needed a launch with two audiences in one room — international partners, who had to read scale, and the local team, who had to feel at home. BTQ Events built the branded environment, choreographed the ribbon-cutting, and ran the guest journey from arrival to closing toast.
A corporate launch event marks a company moment — a new headquarters, a market entry, a rebrand — with a live, branded experience for partners, press and staff. Where a product launch reveals a product, a corporate launch makes the company itself physical: a threshold to cross, a ribbon to cut, a space that already looks like the brand.
One room, two audiences.
A headquarters opening has to work for partners and for the team at the same time, and those two crowds want different things from the night. BTQ designed a branded environment that read as ambitious to BrainRocket's international partners while staying warm enough for the people who would work there every day. The ribbon-cut gave the evening its single shared moment; the rest of the production — signage, catering, the arrival sequence — kept both audiences moving through one coherent space.

Corporate launches — questions we hear
A corporate launch event marks a company moment — a new headquarters, a market entry, a rebrand — with a live, branded experience for partners, press and staff. Unlike a product launch, the 'product' is the company itself, so the production makes an abstract milestone physical: a threshold to cross, a ribbon to cut, a space that already looks like the brand. BrainRocket's Lisbon HQ opening is one example.
Design one room that reads two ways. Partners need to see scale and ambition; the team needs to feel at home in the place they will work. Give the evening a single shared moment — the ribbon-cut — then keep both audiences moving through one coherent space rather than splitting the night into a formal half and a casual half.
Yes. BTQ produces product launches, brand activations, HQ and office openings, and gala dinners across Portugal — Lisbon, Cascais, Porto and beyond. Each runs through one production team from concept to strike.
